Plaincaster Standard Build Deposit

Description

A Plaincaster is built to order, one at a time, by three people in a shop in McCoysville, Pennsylvania. This deposit reserves your slot in the queue.

Once it’s placed, we talk through the build: body wood, contours, neck material, brass options, pickup choice, pickguard, finish. Complete instruments start at $2,500, and the deposit is applied in full against that price.

Every Plaincaster is Pennsylvania native hardwood, US vintage Fender spec routing, solid brass at every point where a string terminates, and pickups wound by hand by Jim Grandon. Designed by Mark Snyder, shaped and fitted by Joseph, finished on the bench. Nut slots filed by hand, every time.

Build times move with the queue and with what you ask for. We will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
